The Inspector ran the appeal through a hybrid approach dealing with matters of 5 YHLS, biodiversity net gain, and impact on reptiles through written representations and using Informal Hearing to deal with mitigation of nitrates, accessibility to local services, landscape impact and planning obligations. 

Despite a challenging timeframe Luken Beck successfully addressed all outstanding matters, facilitated in part through securing a private finance agreement on behalf of our client to secure essential nitrate credits and coordinating a Unilateral Undertaking, working alongside our client’s legal advisors.
