Planning Success in Southbourne, Chichester!
We are pleased to have secured a resolution to grant outline planning consent, subject to S106 Agreement, for 84 dwellings in Southbourne on behalf of Elivia Homes. This is the first unallocated greenfield site in Chichester District to receive approval for a major residential development following the changes made to the NPPF in December 2023.
The project team has worked incredibly hard with the officers, statutory consultees and the local community to present a scheme the we are incredibly proud of.
