For this high profile sustainable urban extension site Luken Beck managed and submitted 7 no. detailed applications simultaneously to Winchester City Council in a challenging timeframe to meet our client’s needs. The applications each put forward between 120 and 400 houses and a mixed-use local centre.

We coordinated the large technical team, stakeholder and community engagement and delivered schemes compliant with the Regulatory Plan and Design Code for this 2,000 dwelling high profile sustainable urban extension (inclusive of primary school, link road, park and ride, community uses and neighbourhood centre).
